This book provides an overview of how I coped with my son's and daughter's schizophrenia, bi-polar, stress and stigmas. I chose to write this book to encourage parents who are struggling to care for their sick sons and daughters, never give up hoping that they too can successfully cope with the stresses, depression and stigmas that are caused by mental illness.
