Notă biografică
Yvonne Garson is Lecturer in Education at the University of Keele. She has taught in primary schools in England and in the USA, and she has taught science at secondary level. She is co-author of Schooling in the Middle Years (Trentham Books, 1982).
Descriere
Using practical examples and case studies the author examines some of the experimental and investigative teaching methods which are intended to support the 'specialist approach' in the teaching of primary science.
