Something seemed out of place for the former Bartemus Phlegm, a Visitor from Jervious 4 stranded on Earth, and he couldn't put his finger on what it was. A rare vacation to Key West to try and find himself and his place as a citizen of Earth opens the door to a world never before seen by Bart and his lover, Louisa Morgan, and leads to an adventure amongst a sea of stars.
