"As the conditioning machine directed all the powers of evil at Boris and Tilney it began to go into reverse. The swarms of floating skulls floated back to their bodies. Suddenly the doors to the vault flew open. Charlie and Griselda screamed in horror as the skulls which Charlie had sold in the market streamed through the doors. Each skull flew to its body (except Boris who was imprisoned in the conditioning machine). As the precious plants spread in Boris's vision, the bodies in the vault began to stir Flesh began to return to the skulls. Marks of evil disappeared.
