Textul de pe ultima copertă
This edited volume addresses the foreign policy approaches demonstrated by the European Union (EU), Russia and Turkey towards their shared neighbourhood. These three geopolitical players play an essential role in the stability of the Black and Caspian Seas, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, determining the overall peace and prosperity in this common security complex. These regions are also characterized by fast-changing dynamics of political and social change within a sphere of geostrategic competition. By addressing issues of mutual perceptions, security provision and political and economic interaction, this volume provides a valuable analysis of pan-regional dynamics and a conceptualization of competition and cooperation.
