Dr.-Ing. Seung is an Aircraft Engineer with emphasis on Aerodynamics, Flight Mechanics, System Technology and Hydraulics. He is also a Public-Funding Manager for Aeronautics Research Programs of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
