Service Integration and Management (SIAM) is taking the center stage as the Enterprise IT backbone -the chief support system of the enterprise IT organization; that integrates the services from different service providers and assures the warranty and utility of the services to the service consumers. Cloud service brokerage is one example of SIAM in cloud domain, but holistic SIAM spans across all technologies and all operations. This book is intended to present simplified guide for IT generalists who are new to the service integration subject. The purpose of this book is to educate all IT professionals with the basic concepts of the service integration.
