Number one is the needs of your customer, this is the most important item you need to focus on. The hole repair industry is driven by the needs of the customer, without them you would be unemployed. Keep in mind that no one is excited about having to bring their vehicle in for service. Even when scheduled, most have other things they would rather be doing. They are all in need of having their vehicle repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The challenge is what is a timely manner and a reasonable cost may mean different things to different people.
