According to local government, the President has announced that we have come under attack by an unknown foreign enemy. As the majority of the country was instantly powered down, millions of workers and business owners across the nation poured out of their dark buildings and into the streets. Society was in a state of confusion, many did not know the magnitude of what had happened. And everyone was idle in expectation of the power coming back on.
