A story of a college fraternity led by Datshi who leads a small group of college guys in all sorts of mischief and antics. They rule the college with much of that being to do with Datshi's Mafia and wealthy connections. All the girls swoon after them and Datshi and his gang enjoy the attentions bestowed upon them until one day a lecturer catches them out and it leads to more fun and games than they had anticipated.
