This book provides a side-by-side analysis of various sex offender-related provisions in the "Children's Safety and Violent Crime Reduction Act of 2006" (H.R. 4472), the "Children's Safety Act of 2005" (H.R. 3132), and the "Jacob Wetterling, Megan Nicole Kanka, and Pam Lychner Sex Offender Registration and Notification Grant Act" (S. 1086).
