Simple Guide to Understanding and Developing an Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan

Edgar Hodge has over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Systems. He has been an instructor for more than 20 years, teaching various subjects such as UNIX, Database, Computer Security, C++, Local Area Network, and Protocol Designs. Currently Edgar is the Director of University Computer Operations at San Diego State University (SDSU). Prior to coming to SDSU, Mr. Hodge was the Chief Technology Officer for Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, San Diego, where his colleagues and friends considered him a strategist with vision, and one who inspires others. Dr. Yu, Provost, UCSD, wrote: "...As long as Edgar is in charge of the IT unit, we can be sure that the IT related issues will be quickly resolved." Edgar Hodge freely shares his knowledge of Information Systems and business by sitting on the boards of several organizations. In his spare time he enjoys coaching basketball and baseball. It's his way of giving back to his community.
