A Mobile Home park in Englecove, Florida is set upon by a sociopath killer. Fear prompts many to move and "snowbirds" to stay away. Those that remain, confine themselves to their trailers with firearms at the ready. Detective McDonald is assigned the case but clues are nonexistent, the killer continues to strike. McDonald is assisted by County Judge Webber and Special Agent Williams. The Governor declares a state of emergency but the horrific killings continue.
