Thomas Steen, a tree-hugging environmental researcher, known nation-wide as the 'Green PI', has released his expert report that calls on the Texas Oil Company to spend billions of dollars on clean up in the jungles of Ecuador. Needless to say, the slimy executives at the Oil Company are not pleased. After the judge's murder and a threatening phone call, Thomas Steen seeking protection, spends more time with the beautiful detective on the case, Natasha Logan. As the investigation progresses, so does the danger for the unlikely duo.
