Recenzii
'Karen Henderson's new book is the best introduction to contemporary Slovak history, politics, international relations, and macroeconomics available in the English language. The Escape from Invisibility sheds dazzling light on a country long obscured by its larger Czech neigbour ... a billiant country study packed with judicious and refreshing analyses. It is to be highly recommended to all students of European politics, as well as to specialists on post-communist transition and contemporary Czecho-Slovak history.' - Journal of Contemporary European Studies
Notă biografică
Karen Henderson has been lecturer in Politics at the University of Leicester since 1990. She has followed Slovak politics closely since studying in Bratislava in 1987, and has also written extensively on EU eastward enlargement.
