CIA gets hold of some classified information. An arms dealer who resides in Paris is apparently funding millions of dollars to the Al Qaeda. Moreover, there's also a ten kiloton hydrogen bomb which may or may not enter the United States. Not willing to send a full taskforce team, as it would arise unnecessary attention, CIA, along with the authorization from the DOD, decides to send a lone agent to Paris to get things under control. Except all their undercover operatives are out in the field. Enter Hall Donovan. A strange man with no past, no background, no address, no nothing. He crosses path with the CIA and then CIA discovers some of the amazing talents that he has got, which are almost superhuman, and decides to use that to their advantage. They decides to send this man in this mission. If the man die, then no one would look for him, as he's a loner. His mission - Retrieve the money and the bomb, eliminate the arms dealer or bring him in for interrogation. But is Donovan trustworthy ?
