Rosemary Wells is the author of many popular books for children, including Time-Out for Sophie, the book that introduced deliciously naughty Sophie, a character that reviewers called endearing, irrepressible, and sheer delight.  She is also the author of the Max and Ruby  books, which feature the beloved bunny siblings who star in their own show on Nick Jr.

Ms. Wells travels widely speaking on behalf of early literary. She lives in New England.
