These poems were written in a variety of exotic locales -- Brazil, Venezuela, London, Quebec, Jamaica, Mexico, Ireland, and Guatemala. As with any insightful traveller, the author discovers not only new cultures and mythologies, but she redefines her own acculturated self in the often pitiless mirror of each new country she lives in.
