Notă biografică
Ronald M. Peters, Jr. received his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from Indiana University. He received a Regent's teaching award in 1994 and in 1995 was named Oustanding Oklahoma Political Scientist. He is Professor of Political Science at the University of Oklahoma. Cindy Simon Rosenthal received a B.A. in journalism from Northwestern University, a M.A. in urban studies from Occidental College, and a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Oklahoma. She is Carlisle Mabrey and Lurline Mabrey Presidential Professor of Political Science and Director and Curator of the Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center at the University of Oklahoma. She currently serves as the mayor of Norman, Oklahoma.
