After witnessing the biologically enhanced aftermath of Ms. Sheilds' corporation three years ago, rogue General Tompkins becomes hellbent. Seeking out the surviving, Dr. Osbourne, and undergoing an intense operation in order to fancy himself a "god." Amidst his hubris, he manages to usurp his childhood friend, President Butler, and conjure a military coupe with the rest of the world. President Butler calls upon Sergeant Shaw to recruit a team of international vigilantes to thwart this perilous scheme. This rambunctious band of natural-born cyborg warriors bring the ruckus to the General and manage to make history...saving their nation, as well as the world.
