Split Indecision

Jacob Livingston is a young man with problems. After losing his parents to a brutal murder, he finds out he has an illegitimate half-sister, Elizabeth Livingston, who has plans to take off with his family's fortune. Believing that Elizabeth had something to do with his parents' deaths, Jacob goes to great lengths to discover just how much she knows.

Elizabeth hates men-especially Jacob's father whom she believes is responsible for causing her mother's terminal cancer. Without her mother's protection, Elizabeth becomes an introvert who develops two very complex personalities to deal with situations that she can't handle on her own.

In an elaborate scheme to milk Jacob's inheritance-and eventually kill him-Elizabeth involves AJ Taylor, a clinical psychologist chosen to declare Jacob unfit to handle his estate, and Cheryl Gooden, whose involvement in Elizabeth's life is part medicinal and part vengeance.

In the end, the situation takes a captivating turn as Elizabeth fights for her life-and Jacob, Cheryl, and AJ come to understand that all may not be what it seems.
