James Wise is a venture capitalist and writer. He has worked with some of the most successful technology companies of the last decade as they've grown from their founders' living rooms to Nasdaq IPOs and is a Partner at Balderton Capital. He has worked as an advisor to UK Parliament, a charity trustee and serves as a member of the UK Government's Industrial Development Advisory Board. He has written about the evolving opportunities and challenges posed by new technologies for The Times, the Guardian and the Telegraph and appeared on the BBC, Sky News and Bloomberg.
