We have a crisis in the United States today. Our economy is failing, and few people even realize it. The loss of jobs to automation and the loss of our workforce due to public assistance and disability are crippling our country. Statistically, only 62 percent of the U.S. workforce is employed (and 13 percent is underemployed), compared to over 90 percent in the U.K. and other civilized nations. People are shocked at the middle class revolution and the emergence of Donald Trump as president, yet no one seems to understand the real cause of the disease and distress of our nation.
