Notă biografică

Kim I. Melton, Ph.D. holds the Dillard Munford Chair of Management at North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega, Georgia. She has more than 20 years teaching experience at three universities and consulting experience in a wide variety of organizations ranging from manufacturing to healthcare, education, government, non-profit, and service organizations. Dr. Melton earned M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Management Science from The University of Tennessee and a B.S.Ed. degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from The University of Georgia. She serves as a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Quality Management Journal and is a senior member of the American Society for Quality. In addition, she is a member of the American Statistical Association, the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences, the Southeast Decision Sciences Institute, and she has been an active participant in a number of Deming Associations (in the United States and internationally).
