Notă biografică

Randall Franks is an actor, an award winning singer musician, writer and photographer. He is best known for his role as "Officer Randy Goode" on TV's In the Heat of the Night, now on WGN America. He continues to appear in films and television and tours musically. His latest DVD is "Precious Memories," is available at www.shareamericafoundation.org. He is a syndicated newspaper columnist and a city council member in Ringgold, Ga. Shirley Smith serves as executive director of Catoosa County's Learning Center. In recognition of her leadership and her untiring efforts in making her dream of an adult learning center a reality for Catoosa County, the Board of Commissioners of Catoosa County adopted a resolution officially naming the facility the Shirley Smith Learning Center. Smith lives just outside Ringgold. She aher late husband Wes have three adult children, Todd, Scott and Krista Smith Autry, and several grandchildren. Smith also served the Catoosa County Foundation for the Arts.
