Recenzii
Gargiulo is a speaker, author, organizational development consultant, and group process facilitator from the San Francisco area. Based on a belief that stories are fundamental to the way people communicate and learn, he offers managers and business leaders a practical guide to using stories to improve communication and build relationships in the workplace. The text includes discussion about three areas where stories play a vital role--communicating, managing, and leading--followed by processes, tools, and exercises for using stories to influence behavior, negotiate differences, persuade, entertain, solve problems, promote healing, effect change, generate creativity, and promote shared understanding.
