Notă biografică

Christian Witting is Professor of Law at the National University of Singapore and is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Previously he held chairs in law at Durham University and Queen Mary University of London.Professor Witting's books and papers have been cited in the United Kingdom Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Canada, Supreme Court of Appeal of South Africa, High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia, Singapore Court of Appeal, New Zealand High Court, and other appellate courts.
