The purpose of this study was to propose the structuring of a network for the care of people with physical disabilities among the 26 municipalities in the interior of the state of S o Paulo. This is an exploratory and descriptive survey that involved 5 accredited Rehabilitation Centers in this health region to define specific rehabilitation protocols and insertion criteria for the different levels of complexity in patients with adult and child neurological status.
