Notă biografică

Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Larry Johnson grew up on a family dairy farm near Owasso, Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Tulsa. Following two years in the US Army with a tour of duty with the First Infantry Division in Vietnam, he spent 20 years with a savings and loan including 16 years as its CEO followed by 10 years as the CFO of a publicly held company. He has written several books as well as weekly articles on his website culturewarrior.net and speaks about Christianity and the culture. His Tar Creek - A History of the Quapaw Indians, The World's Largest Lead and Zinc Discovery, and the Tar Creek Superfund Site was named a finalist in the 2010 Non-fiction Book of the Year by the Oklahoma Center for the Book. He lives in Owasso with his wife of 44 years.
