Ten years later he jointly founded Cherry Professional Limited, a recruitment business dedicated to providing the best career advice to jobseekers. With limited education available on jobseeker psychology and how best to move in the job market, Simon left recruitment in 2013 to form Career Codex Limited, an education and training company with the sole purpose of empowering jobseekers.
