Büchler, MD, is a Professor of Surgery and the Chairman of the Department of General and Visceral Surgery at the University of Heidelberg in Germany.Attila Csendes, MD FACS(Hon) is a Professor of Surgery and the Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the University Hospital in Santiago, Chile.O.
