Academic and Professional Practice & DevelopmentNotă biografică
Man Singh is dean of the School of Chemical Sciences, Central University of Gujarat, India. He earned his PhD in thermodynamics of structured liquids from the University of Delhi, India. Prof. Singh is inventor of the survismeter, oscosurvismeter, nonbreakable sodium ignition apparatus (NOSIA), and Mansingh vision meter for the visually challenged and is credited for the concepts of friccohesity and tentropy, intramolecular multiple forces theory, Mansingh equation, and Mansingh constant. His current research focuses on molecular interaction engineering of webdrimers, ionic liquids, lanthanides, and philicphobic micellar sciences.
Sunita Singh is assistant professor at Shivaji College, University of Delhi, India. She earned her PhD in biomedical biochemistry from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, India. Her current research focuses on nanobiocatalysts and their applications, chemical modification and chemical crosslinking of proteins, production and separation of proteins/enzymes, stabilization of enzymes, industrial applications of enzymes, and bioremediation.

Descriere
This book presents a novel device, the survismeter, an invention that widely covers and determines the properties of functional molecules and measures the thermodynamic and kinetic stabilities of nanoemulsions. It discusses some new models of molecular sciences that can be applied in the formulation of functional molecules.
