Intro This story is about several average American kids who, like all service members sent into combat, have to grow up all too fast. They come from the city, country and suburbs. Backgrounds range from rich parents, to trying to escape a life of drug, stealing, and family abuse. These are fathers, brothers and sons. Some support family overseas and from other countries, trying to give them a better life. Some are on their own, disowned from their families. They come from every walk of life. They are from every religion to no religion at all-every background and culture. No two have the same story, nor are their experiences the same. Yet they all seem to bond and work together as if they knew each other all their lives. Nowhere else would you find better brothers who would be willing to sacrifice everything for one another. This story is written in a manner that gives justice to the service members it is about. The story is intentional to the character of the writer and the true stories of the Marines they are about.
