Also included are postings describing the theoretical, scientific and philosophical roots of ACT, discussing new research findings, and comparing and contrasting ACT with other therapeutic approaches

Notă biografică

David Chantry, Clin. Psy. D., earned his doctorate at the University of Manchester. He is a clinical psychologist practising in an adult mental health outpatient clinic and community mental health team in Stoke-on-Trent, UK. A practitioner of ACT since 2003, he has attended various ACT workshops and events led by Steven Hayes, Kelly Wilson, and others since 2002
