DR. VAL GOKENBACH began dancing at the age of five. Her love of dance and her passion for helping others has resulted in a diversified life.
Once Chief Nurse Executive of one of the nation¿s largest hospitals, Val possesses a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
In a paralleled existence, she opened a dance and exercise studio and began a dance company. A serious knee injury forced her into a challenging weight-training program, which began her love of exercise and defined the rest of her career path.
Her mission in life is simple: to help others be the best they can be. One of her life dreams was to write a book to help others improve the quality of their lives. Now that the book is written, the dream remains that this book will make a difference to all who read it.
