Time is willy-nilly in this irreverent theatrical fantasia exaggerating the antics of several men entangled with a little black dress in the mid 1970's. Characters include the Director (of the FBI, ) the President of the United States, his Secretary, the Socialite who saw it all, the Rockstar who wanted to help, and the reclusive Billionaire compelled to own everything. Hilarious.
