This is a message of love and compassion for all who labour under the burden of guilt and shame as a result of any form of sexual promiscuity. God created us as spirit beings, who have a soul and live in a body. Part of our function is to 'be fruitful and multiply'. War, working mothers, Darwinism and the advances in technology have all served to contribute towards the collapse of morality and the rejection of the authority of the Bible. Without an objective standard to regulate moral conduct, every person has become their own 'Bible' and moral chaos is the result. However, the Bible is being proven by science daily. It is not by accident that the Bible warns against multiple sexual partners. The effects of promiscuity have a devastating effect on both the human soul and the human spirit, causing an inability to remain in a committed relationship as well as bringing unwanted curses into unsuspecting lives. Many of the root causes behind failed relationships can be linked directly to failure to heed the warnings of the Bible against sexual promiscuity. Apart from the very real threat of disease such as HIV, the emotional and mental misery ensuing from multiple broken relationships is evident in the statistics concerning divorce, depression, anxiety and suicide. There is a solution in dealing with these symptoms, through understanding the Godly role of sex, its accurate use and the freedom and joy that comes with that knowledge.
