Teacher leadership is fundamental in the teaching-learning process, since this process requires the full and attitudinal commitment of the professional in the acquisition of behavioral patterns that allow influencing his educational praxis towards the optimization of the students' academic performance. Through leadership, the teacher can direct each student to the achievement of assignments and pedagogical competencies, being able to evaluate their capabilities, resources and means according to what is expected of each one in the fulfillment of tasks, providing the tools for the full empowerment of a school process. This ability developed in teachers is necessary towards a culture of peace in students, because it is a process based on the moral and ethical principles of each society, which seeks to establish in the educational and integral formation of human beings, the criteria aimed at peace, where integrity, cooperation and unity are the indicators that support education and citizenship training.
