Notă biografică

Prof. Vladimir N. Strelnikov, DrTechSci, received his higher education at the Chemical-Engineering Institute in Kazan, Russia (1974-1979). After graduating, he started research work at the S. M. Kirov Research and Production Company in Perm where he worked on polymeric composite materials. In 1988, Dr Strelnikov was promoted to Academic Secretary of Perm Scientific Center of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences; in 2004 he was elected Director of Institute of Technical Chemistry of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His research fields include: science of materials, polymeric composite materials, and nanotechnologies. Prof. Viktor A. Valtsifer, DrTechSci, received his higher education at Perm Technical University, Russia (1974-1980). After graduating, he started research work at the Institute of Polymer Materials in Perm where he worked on polymeric composite materials. In 1987, Dr Valtsifer became Head of Laboratory of Multiphase Dispersive Systems at the Institute of Technical Chemistry of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2005, he was promoted to Science Deputy Director of Institute of Technical Chemistry, a position he currently holds. His research fields include: investigations in interaction processes of multiphase systems, and nanotechnologies.
