Teildienst Im Pfarrberuf: Seine Auswirkungen Auf Das Pastorale Berufsbild Am Beispiel Der Evangelisch-Lutherischen Kirche in Bayern

Der Autor der Studie übte mehr als zwanzig Jahre den Pfarrberuf im Teildienst aus. Das Berufsbild 'Pfarrer bzw. Pfarrerin' zielt jedoch auf eine Präsenz der ganzen Person möglichst rund um die Uhr. Deshalb: Teildienst verändert das Bild des Pfarrberufs. Diese Spannung reflektiert Gerhard Wild mit Hilfe von Gesprächen mit Pfarrerinnen und Pfarrern in verschiedenen Konstellationen des Teildienstes, eigene Erfahrungen des Autors werden eingebracht und theologisch reflektiert. Die Studie geht davon aus, dass auf dem Hintergrund des Teildienstes ein Beitrag zum Berufsbild Pfarrer und Pfarrerin geleistet werden und nach der theologischen und spirituellen Mitte des Pfarrberufes gefragt werden kann. Sie ist ein an der Praxis orientierter Beitrag zum Berufsbild einer nach wie vor faszinierenden Profession. [Part-Time Ministry Its impact on the professional profile of parish ministry using the example of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria] The author of this study was part-time minister for over twenty years. The minister's professional profile however tends to imagine a total presence of the pastor day and night. But part-time ministry modifies the professional image of parish ministry. Gerhard Wild reflects on these tensions based on interviews with male and female pastors who work in different forms of part-time ministry as well as on his own experiences which he reflects theologically. Against the background of part-time ministry the study presents a contribution to the discussion about the professional profile of pastoral ministry as well as to the reflection on the theological and spiritual centre of parish ministry. It is a practice-oriented contribution to the professional profile of a calling that is still fascinating.
