Along with her collecting bounties, she searches for three things; her lost identical twin, Mandarin, a stolen holy weapon and the vampires who killed her father until she realizes they're all connected with Malocientos In her travels she meets a secret order of Catholic nuns who bestow her with her greatest weapon, a magical crucifix.
