Notă biografică

Prof. Yonah Alexander is Senior Fellow and Director, International Center for Terrorism Studies, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, as well as Director, Inter-University Center for Terrorism Studies and Co-Director, Inter-University Center for Legal Studies. He has published over 70 books in the field of terrorism and international affairs and is founding editor of Terrorism: An International Journal.

Dr. Stephen D. Prior is Research Director, National Security Health Policy Center, Potomac Institute. He is an acknowledged leader in the field of medical defense against the threat posed by biological weapons (BW) who, since 1986, has advised and worked closely with government and commercial defense staffs, world-wide, to develop integrated strategies of medical countermeasures for BW defense.
