Notă biografică
David Oughton is Professor of Commercial Law at De Montfort University and is the author of books and articles on consumer law obligations, limitations of actions, the law of contract and the law of tort. John Lowry is a Reader in Law at the University of Warwick. He is also the co-author of books on insurance law ad limitations of actions and has written widely in domestic and international law journals on aspects of company law, fiduciary obligations and the law of tort.
