Recenzii
His [David Parker's] argument is based on detailed analysis on complex material. Those who can follow it will be rewarded by a glimpse of the startling innovations that may be in store.
Much of what David Parker has to say about the New Testament in this enthusiastically written book is applicable to other literatures, especially those that also have such a rich but fluid manuscript and literary heritage.
Textual Scholarship and the Making of the New Testament is a perceptive and enjoyable book. It works well both as a sketch of the authors critical concerns and a very readable overview of certain areas of textual scholarship
