What's a small town boy like Tom Nelson doing publishing yet another book of stories about his favorite hometown in Southwestern Wisconsin? It's about where he was raised, went to school, married, and then left; but a place he can't quite leave in his mind. But thanks to the Fennimore Times newspaper, for over twelve years, Tom has had the wonderful opportunity to recall events, friends, relatives, and acquaintances in a weekly column called Fennimore...As I Remember. Sometimes humorous, sometimes melancholy, his stories are a memoir of Fennimore of the mid-twentieth century. One of Tom's friends recently wrote, "Your book is a verbal Norman Rockwell.
