My mission is to help people understand their problem with self-control and learn how to travel on a continuous journey of personal growth. I promise to provide the clearest explanation for the problem. For the greatest frustration we suffer is not knowing why we cannot do the things we truly desire. There is a settled-acceptance and a kind of peace that comes with self-understanding. And yet, once we understand the problem, we need to know exactly what to do and we need some realistic advice about how to do it.
