Admiral Sir Geoffrey 'Cocky' Cockburn RN and his friend Sergeant Terry O'Donnell MC Royal Marines, are hoping at last for a quiet life in their Hampshire homes. Unfortunately for them an old enemy reappears when least expected, and breaks the spell. Cocky gets angry and wants revenge. There ensues a series of chases by air, sea and land across most of Europe, with disasters and disappointments galore, involving assaults, posh cars, theft, forgeries and Greek food This time the wily Admiral and his Special Boat Service helpers will be taking no prisoners.
