George did not ask permission from his parents to go outside. He was afraid the won't give him the answer he will love to hear. Therefore, George made a decision on his own. There he goes strolling down the street, sighing, oh what a beautiful day. Having dreams of what he will be when he becomes a grown-up. One thing is having not to say no to his children. He will let them go where ever they want and enjoy nature. George had a change of heart after his experience with his stroll.
