"The Affirmation Garden" is a journal for you to write down your own affirmations. Affirmations are good for offsetting the negative self-talk, chatter or "scripts" that can condition the subconscious mind. Many people use affirmations to help undo the harmful behavior created by the negative scripts which we play over and over again in our minds. Like a gardener, we can plant seeds with our thoughts. We can water and nurture those seeds and help them grow with repeated affirmations. When we constantly nurture our thoughts, we get better results in all areas of our lives.
