THE ALCHEMIST AND THE EMPIRE OF EVIL is a tale of an imperial power that tries to manipulate and heavy-hand the Kingdom of Begonia to permit a naval base to be built on their island. This is to secure their interests and to support the state of Albion they have set up at the expense of the Essexians.
